Due to the nature of our loose leaf tea products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened tea packages. We take the quality and safety of our teas very seriously, and once a package has been opened, we can no longer guarantee its freshness or purity. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and want to ensure that all our customers receive only the highest quality tea products.
